To access certain features and paid content, you must register and create an account. Account access is personal and non-transferable except where expressly permitted in writing by aitlawex. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account details promptly to maintain accuracy of contact and billing information.

Protect your login credentials and use strong, unique passwords. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect account data, but you must also adopt reasonable security practices.

Accounts, subscription access, or course licenses may not be sold, transferred, or shared across multiple individuals unless a multi-seat or enterprise license has been purchased and explicitly authorized in writing.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify support immediately at the contact details provided. We will take steps to secure the account and contribute suspicious activity, which may include temporary suspension while an incident is assessed.

aitlawex reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, are subject to security concerns, or are involved in fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where possible and apply proportional measures to protect users and platform integrity.

aitlawex provides online courses, instructional materials, hands-on labs, and advisory resources focused on practical AI, responsible chatbot operation, and governance topics. Course content includes recorded lessons, live workshops, code examples, and suggested project frameworks. Service offerings evolve over time to reflect technical and regulatory developments.

We may modify course curricula, schedules, platform features, and pricing. Substantial changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated in advance when feasible. Minor updates and iterative improvements may occur without prior notice.

We aim to maintain high availability for core learning services. Scheduled maintenance and occasional disruptions for updates or security patches may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and liability for service interruptions is limited as set out elsewhere in these Terms.

Users must follow reasonable rules of conduct to maintain a professional learning environment. Prohibited activities undermine safety, intellectual property rights, and lawful use of AI tools.

• Do not submit or distribute malicious code, exploits, or content intended to deceive or harm individuals or systems.
• Do not use platform resources to train or deploy models that violate privacy, facilitate discrimination, or enable unlawful surveillance.
• Respect intellectual property rights: do not upload or redistribute copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical safeguards, access controls, or rate limits put in place to protect the service.
• Maintain professional behavior in discussions and collaborative sessions; abusive or harassing conduct is prohibited.
• Comply with export control and data residency requirements applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Follow instructor and moderator directions during structured courses and live events to ensure safety and compliance.

Users may upload, post, or submit content such as project code, discussion posts, and assignment responses. Such contributions enable collaborative learning but carry responsibilities for legality and accuracy.

You retain ownership of content you create and upload, subject to any pre-existing obligations to third parties. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to share it under these Terms.

By uploading content to publicly accessible areas of the platform, you grant aitlawex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content in connection with the services. For private course submissions, usage is limited to course administration and evaluation unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of user content. Do not submit sensitive personal data of third parties without legal basis. Content that violates policies may be removed and reported as required by law.

aitlawex may remove or restrict access to user content that violates these Terms, compromises safety, or is subject to valid legal requests. We will provide notice where practicable and explain the reason for removal when appropriate.

All course materials, platform design, and proprietary instructional content provided by aitlawex are protected by copyright, activity, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works without permission is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce course videos or written lessons for commercial resale without a licensing agreement.
• Do not remove copyright or attribution notices from materials downloaded for offline study.
• Respect third-party licenses embedded in sample code; comply with open-source license terms when using or redistributing those components.

Certain courses, certifications, and enterprise features are provided for a fee. Paid offerings include defined deliverables, access windows, and support levels described on the aitlawex website and purchase confirmations.

Prices are listed on the site and may vary by region or promotional period. Quoted fees apply for the specified billing period and features. Taxes and duties required by local law may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize the chosen payment provider to charge the payment method you supply. We do not retain full payment card data; payment providers may hold and process that information according to their policies.

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. Subscription terms, including cancellation procedures, are described at the time of purchase and in your account settings.

Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy posted for each paid offering. Refund decisions are made based on course usage, timing of the request, and the specific product terms. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction alone where course access and materials were delivered as described.

You may cancel a subscription from your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless a specific refund policy applies.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar charges imposed by your jurisdiction on purchases. Where legally required, we may collect taxes at the point of sale.

We may change prices for new subscriptions or for renewal periods following notification. Existing prepaid access will remain valid for the purchased term unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension or termination of access to paid features until outstanding balances are settled.

Educational content on aitlawex is provided for informational and training purposes. Course materials reflect professional judgment and practical experience but do not constitute legal, regulatory, or business advice tailored to specific circumstances. Users should seek qualified professional advice before acting on course content in critical or regulated contexts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aitlawex and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including lost benefits or data. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the user for the specific service during the six months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

The platform may integrate with third-party services for payments, analytics, or supplementary learning tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. aitlawex is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or disputes stemming from such integrations.

We may suspend or terminate access for users who materially breach these Terms, act unlawfully, or threaten the security of the platform. Termination may be immediate where serious misconduct is identified.

Upon termination, access to course materials and community features will cease. You may retain copies of non-proprietary materials you lawfully downloaded, but any license granted by aitlawex to access proprietary content will end.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the services you consent to the collection and processing described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law. See the Privacy section on the site for details.

We may send system notices, administrative messages, and course updates by email or platform notifications. Legal notices will be provided in accordance with applicable law, and you agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the law, platform features, or business practices. Material revisions will be posted with an updated effective date and, when appropriate, communicated to users. Continued use of the services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably; where litigation is necessary, courts in Bangkok will have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

In the event of a dispute, parties should first attempt mediation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to the competent courts in Bangkok. Users may have rights to pursue remedies as provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.
